hi blog!!!! its been a hot minute i'm so sorry i am just out here living life. these past 2 weeks have been tré chaotic so i have this idea to put some pictures i took from recent days and experiences and tell little stories about them. an ode to my previous visual mixtapes. (btw i will be making another one soon) xoxoxo emi

this very beautiful picture of the early sunset was taken on my way back from the beach with my friends on the ferry from rockaway to wall street. right before we got on the ferry this weird millennial karen yelled at my friends for no reason because “apparently” we cut the line even though we were the first ones on the dock and were waiting on the benches instead of standing in the line that formed behind us……

another gorgeous sunset photo on the ferry. this one features lucy and maude aka the cutest couple of all time. i love them and they are so fucking perfect together.

ice cream truck on st marks. i unfortunately did not buy ice cream from pictured truck but i do love ice cream trucks and i think they are an embodiment of summer.

the washington square park fountain at pride.
see i did not go into the water because i refuse to believe that there are not diseases being contracted through that water. i was a mere spectator and did not dip my toes into the murky water filled with the sweat of millennials, glitter and white claw. what a portrait this is. loved pride though. wash always seems like a glitch in the matrix. that place does not exist i swear.

mika and phoebe crossing the street somewhere in brooklyn.
notice how mika is holding her shoe and is only on one foot. i don’t know why. both of them look angelic in their white dresses and this picture sounds like white dress by lana del rey. also phoebes red cowboy boots i die.

call me if you get lost.
the tyler show at the music hall of williamsburg.
this is still so surreal to me i cannot believe i got to see him for free at the venue down the block from my home. we waited for hours and hours and got soaked by the rain. i definitely resembled a sad wet dog towards the end but as soon as that glowing perfect man stepped on stage i was suddenly ready to pummel into any tall white hipster man that elbowed me.
i have many many more pictures but for now i’ll cap it off there. this summer i am outside. mobile. so that’s why i apologize for the lack of blog attention recently. i hope you enjoyed this and i did not add any pictures of myself because this is an outlet where i will NOT feed into my internal and public perception of myself. that might change though.
